Qualifications • Strong HR Management skills in recruitment and staffing • Knowledge of HR Operations and policies • Experience in employee relations • Good understanding of human resources management • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Master's degree and relevant certifications in HR field will be an added advantage
