Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Ankleshwar. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding activities, resolving employee relations issues, and assisting with performance management and training initiatives. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR management • Proficiency in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies • Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for employee engagement and resolution • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are an advantage
