Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, operations, and warehouse roles—from sourcing and screening to offer release and joining. • Coordinate closely with hiring managers (HODs) to understand manpower requirements, schedule interviews, and ensure timely hiring closures. • Ensure smooth onboarding and policy communication, including documentation, joining formalities, and briefing new hires on company HR policies and procedures.
