Human Resources (HR) Manager
About the job
Key responsibilities: 1. Application Screening: Review resumes against role criteria; maintain an up-to-date applicant tracker in Excel/Google Sheets. 2. Interview coordination: Schedule calls/interviews between candidates and hiring managers; send calendar invites and reminders. 3. Onboarding assistance: Prepare offer letters and onboarding checklists; coordinate induction schedules, office access, and IT setup. 4. HR documentation & compliance: Maintain accurate intern personnel files; update HR policy documents and circulate revisions. 5. Engagement & feedback: Assist in organizing monthly team meetings and engagement activities; collect and summarize quick-pulse survey feedback. 6. Reporting & research: Update the HR dashboard (time-to-hire, intern conversions); conduct basic compensation benchmarking in the AEC sector. Requirements: 1. Strong academic record in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. 2. Excellent written and verbal English; ability to draft clear emails, job descriptions, and policy updates. 3. Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills a plus) and quick to learn new HRIS/ATS tools. 4. Highly organized; able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. 5. Proactive self-starter mindset; takes initiative to identify process improvements and own projects. 6. Collaborative team player; receptive to feedback and contributes positively to studio culture. 7. Discreet and trustworthy; maintains confidentiality with sensitive HR information. 8. Adaptable to dynamic, hybrid work environments; comfortable switching between office and remote tasks. 9. Passion for sustainability and architecture; aligned with Advance Group of Architects' mission. 10. Enthusiastic about continuous learning online courses, workshops, or certifications in HR and people operations.
