The Role: Manager - HR and Business Management Roles and Responsibility: Human Resources Policy Development and Implementation ● Review, challenge and redesign all human resources and related policies/guidelines/documents – both existing and absent ones. ● Update policies based on each instance/event/question in a professional manner and communicate. ● Maintain world-class standards while doing so. Employee Development and Employer Branding ● Implement management vision by driving and implementing world-class (yet suitable to the firm and instance) first call to offer recruitment cycle. ● Conduct HR meetings with employees on regular basis and draw inferences for the long term development of staff. ● Maintain per employee trackers to measure their performance, career development plan and associated appraisals and training/ upgradation schedules. Recruitment ● Conduct high energy, research-driven recruitment based on competition/market/industry knowledge and define/implement exceptional processes. ● Ability to run targeted time bound recruitment drives to fill specific positions and fresh graduate (batch based recruitment). ● Ability to represent the organisation in talks at Universities and in outreach with educational institutes. ● Data driven and process driven approach emphasising testing, background verification and band based compensation benchmarking. Employee Suggestions and Grievances ● Handle all employee grievances and suggestions with a 360-degree view and with long term policy design and its impact in mind. Employer Branding ● Initiate policies, processes, actions, events to increase the popularity of the brand. ● Create successful ex-employees case studies. ● Liaise with team leaders and managers and introduce specific HR initiatives and recommend HR solutions aligned to business objectives and strategy. ● Improve organizational design and structure, support change leadership and management coaching. ● Be responsible for Talent Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Staffing, Succession Planning, Organization Structure, and Skills Assessments. Administration and Business Management ● Optional responsibilities based on the profile of the candidate; ie a senior-level HR professional with desirous of having business management responsibility would have significant business/office/administration management responsibilities. Academic and professional background: ● Master / Graduates from top tier institutions and degrees renowned HR/Administration for. ● Strong academic background and aptitude with consistent performance at all levels/ record of extra-curricular achievements. ● Experience from tier 1 companies and institutions. ● SHRM and other certifications desired. Required skills: ● Ability to think like a manager/business mind and not simply like recruiter/HR process executor. ● Exceptional personality combining an aura and humility. ● General exposure and wisdom. Required background ● Master / Graduates from top tier institutions and degrees renowned HR / Administration for. ● Strong academic background and aptitude with consistent performance at all levels / record of extra-curricular achievements. ● Experience from tier 1 companies and institutions. ● SHRM and other certifications desired.
