About the Role The Human Resources Officer will manage all HR-related tasks, including inviting applications, conducting interviews, recruitment, onboarding new staff, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing HR functions within an international organisation. Responsibilities • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws. • Facilitate staff development programmes and training initiatives. • Act as the primary contact for employee enquiries and relations. • Serve as a bridge between employees and management. • Support the leadership team in developing and implementing HR policies. Qualifications • Master’s degree with specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience • 10 years’ experience, preferably in an HR role, of which a minimum of 5 years should be in a corporate and/or international school setting. Knowledge of HR software, laws, and employment regulations applicable in India. Skills • Excellent recruiting and negotiation skills with strong organisational and leadership abilities, along with a strategic mindset. Strong team management, good communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.

• Master’s degree with specialisation in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
