Human Resources (HR) Overview The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR processes, implement and maintain policies, oversee employee benefits, and ensure compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identify workforce needs, create job descriptions, post openings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring. • Onboarding and ... Orientation: Facilitate new employee integration through paperwork, training on company policies, and orientation programs. • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, design competitive salary structures, and administer benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and perks. • Performance Management: Develop systems for evaluating employee performance, setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting appraisals. • Learning and Development (Training): Organize training programs, skill development initiatives, and career planning to enhance employee capabilities. • Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a mediator for conflicts, handle grievances, promote workplace culture, and implement initiatives for employee satisfaction, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). • Compliance and Legal Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, anti-discrimination policies, and other legal requirements.
