Role Description We’re looking for a dynamic, data-driven HR professional (MBA HR – fresher or early career) to join our team as a Human Resources (Talent Acquisition & HR Analyst). Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end first-round interviews across roles and levels. • Head hunt via sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media. • Own our Glassdoor & AmbitionBox presence – track reviews, share insights and support actions to improve employer brand. • Review KPI and understand gaps and performance. • Track basic recruitment & operational metrics (TAT, sources, offer-to-join ratio) and share reports. • Coordinate with hiring managers and senior leadership for smooth interview scheduling and closures.
