Summary Position Summary Finance Transformation Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance. Position Summary Level: Hyperion P&E Consultant As a Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Solutions. You will also be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you’ll do As a Consultant in Deloitte’s Planning/EPBCS/PBCS/PCMCS team, you will: • Ensure high-quality technical deliverables and escalate issues promptly. The Team Business Finance, part of our Finance Transformation portfolio, delivers solution-as-a-service offerings focused on digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, and enterprise performance technologies. We take a holistic approach, integrating strategy development, process design, and technology enablement to help clients overcome challenges and achieve sustained business success. Qualifications Must Have: • 4+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle Planning • Strong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its features • Experience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubes • Proven track record implementing solutions across EPM Suite projects • Deep expertise in Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculations • Proficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared Services • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clients. Good to Have: • Basic understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Knowledge in prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimization • Proficient with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell operations, and Groovy scripting • Exposure to ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS or alternative third-party reporting solutions Education: • CA/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from an accredited university Location: • Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai #CSReferral-FY26 Our purpose Deloitte’s purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
