Job Title: IAM Functional Project Manager Location: Hyderabad/ Remote Job Type: Full Time Description: Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles and technologies to manage and deliver critical security projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring that security requirements are met in line with business objectives and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and deliver cyber security projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, quality, and budget. • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, compliance, and business units to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables. • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership, ensuring transparency in deliverables and risks. • Work closely with security architects, analysts, and technical teams to ensure the correct implementation of security controls and solutions. • Ensure compliance with relevant security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and PCI DSS. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of technical concepts and business impacts. • Monitor and manage project risks, including technical, operational, and security risks, and define appropriate mitigation strategies. • Coordinate third-party vendors and contractors as needed, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to security policies. • Ensure thorough documentation of project plans, risk assessments, decisions, and implementation strategies.
