Role Overview: As an IB KYC Refresh Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks in accordance with rules and regulations. Your role will involve controlling risk and enhancing controls to support Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution in Noida. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. - Collaborate with clients/front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence for onboarding or refreshing a client's KYC. - Align and integrate Wholesale Onboarding processes across teams within the bank. - Identify areas for improvement, recommend changes, and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. - Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance, communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders, and implement best practices in Wholesale Onboarding. - Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Required: - Good knowledge and experience of KYC, end-to-end KYC (E2E KYC), CDD, and EDD for entity types like Corporates, Fund, trust, SPV, and FI. - Basics of Financial crime. - Proficiency in spoken and written English.
