As an Implementation Consultant/Manager for a Transportation Management System (TMS) in the SaaS/supply chain domain, your role will involve leading the successful deployment of the platform for enterprise clients in various industries such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce. You will work closely with customers to understand their operational workflows, translate business requirements into system configurations, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the TMS platform. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Implementation Ownership: - Lead implementation projects for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment of the platform. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones from requirement gathering to go-live. - Coordinate across internal teams including product, engineering, and customer success. Business Requirement Analysis: - Conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders to understand operational workflows and system requirements. - Translate business needs into Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and solution specifications. - Map client processes with platform capabilities and recommend best-practice configurations. Solution Deployment & Configuration: - Support platform configuration and integration with client systems. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and customization where required. - Troubleshoot implementation issues and ensure timely resolution. Testing & Quality Assurance: - Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client stakeholders. - Identify gaps and ensure issues are resolved before go-live. - Validate data, workflows, and operational readiness of the system. Client Training & Adoption: - Conduct product training sessions for client users and operational teams. - Develop training materials, SOPs, and user documentation. - Drive product adoption and ensure clients realize value from the platform. Go-Live & Post-Implementation Support: - Lead go-live activities and provide hypercare support during the early adoption phase. - Monitor platform usage and address post-launch issues. - Ensure smooth handover to support or customer success teams. Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: - Capture customer feedback during implementation and share insights with product teams. - Identify opportunities to improve the implementation process and client experience. Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or enterprise software delivery. - Strong experience in business requirement gathering and stakeholder management. - Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Willingness to travel to client locations if required.
