About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Implementation Manager to lead the execution and support expansion of the iXpress, which is an afterschool English Learning Program, powered by Curio Education. The role involves training, operations management, client engagement, and team leadership across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a deep understanding of the English language and a passion for education, capable of managing stakeholders across schools, coaching institutes, and franchise networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Implementation & Training · Deliver high-quality training sessions for: o Students (ages 5–15) o Teachers and trainers · Ensure effective delivery of curriculum covering: o Speaking, Writing, Grammar, Vocabulary, Literature, and Comprehension · Monitor program quality and learning outcomes across centres 2. Team Management · Lead and manage a team of 8–10 trainers. · Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and upskilling sessions. · Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and standards. 3. Client & Franchisee Relationship Management · Build and maintain strong relationships with: o School principals and owners o Coaching institute owners o Franchise partners · Act as a bridge between Curio Education and clients. · Address concerns and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Student Mobilisation & Growth · Drive student enrolment through engagement initiatives. · Support franchisees in increasing program adoption. · Identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets. 5. Events & Outreach · Plan and execute: o Awareness programs o Workshops o Demo sessions and engagement events. · Represent iXpress at school events and institutional meetings. 6. Operations & Problem Solving · Ensure smooth execution of programs across multiple locations. · Troubleshoot operational challenges proactively. · Maintain high standards of delivery and compliance.
