You will be critical in ... our mission to enable healthcare professionals as we drive expansion across the Indian markets in this newly created role.- This is a remote role, but with regular travel to major hubs like New Delhi, Mumbai or Bangalore being located close to one of these locations is advantageous._ • *Your Mission** As an Implementation Scientist, you will be directly responsible for onboarding new customers across the territory into the SOPHiA GENETICS platform & product ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Global Implementation, you will be autonomous for the region, working collaboratively alongside other pre-sales and post-sales support colleagues. • *Your Responsibilities** - Partner with Sales colleague to understand customer requirements from the sales order - Accountable for all activities in the Set Up Programme (SUP), including creation of onboarding schedules and roadmaps, defining sampling strategies, and troubleshooting post implementation - Provide all onboarding support & technical training throughout the workflow • *Requirements**: • *Your Background** - BSc, MSc or PHd in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar. - Direct experience with products through the NGS Workflow including wet lab molecular biology / bench environments is critical, alongside working exposure to Clinical Molecular Diagnostics and Genetic workflows. - You will be logical, process focused and detail orientated, capable of building, defining and upholding Set Up Project timeframes - Previous working knowledge in a Commercial Technical support role linked to Genomics, including Field Applications Scientist, Clinical Application Consultant, Technical Specialist/Advisor or Subject Matter Expert within a Clinical Diagnostics, Biotech or Medical environment is highly valuable. - Fully fluent to a commercial/business level in English • *Benefits** - World's most innovative companies (Top 10) - World's smartest companies (Top 50) - Top 10 European Tech Startup - Top 10 European biotechs startup to watch - Top 25 US East-Coast Biotech to watch - 50 Most Innovative Companies
