As an Implementation & Support Intern, youāll get hands-on experience working across both ā helping utility customers onboard to our SMART360 platform, ensuring smooth configuration, data setup, and reliable system performance post-go-live. Youāll collaborate with experienced Implementers, Support Engineers, and Customer Success Managers ā learning how SaaS systems are deployed, tested, and supported for mission-critical utility operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in SaaS delivery, business systems, or customer success. š§© What Youāll Do Implementation Learning & Support ⢠Assist in configuring SMART360, uploading data, and validating accuracy. ⢠Help prepare UAT environments and track customer feedback during testing. ⢠Support go-live activities and document configuration steps and outcomes. Customer Support & Operations ⢠Log, track, and triage customer-reported issues (L1 tickets). ⢠Reproduce and analyze reported issues, and collaborate with L2/L3 teams for resolution. ⢠Document resolutions and update the internal knowledge base. ⢠Maintain ticket hygiene, SLA tracking, and clear internal communication.
