Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham. As an Import Export Documentation Manager, you will manage and supervise all import and export documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations. Your responsibilities will include preparing, verifying, and processing logistics paperwork, liaising with shipping companies and customs authorities, coordinating shipments, and maintaining up-to-date records of import-export activities. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and uphold compliance standards. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Export, Import Export, and International Trade operations • Proficient in Export Documentation with a thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to handle complex documentation processes • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in logistics and documentation management • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
