Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading global specialist in energy management and automation looking for an HR professional specialised in Change Management and Talent Management to design and execute change initiatives, support leaders ... hip assimilation, and upskill leaders and employees on Talent Management processes. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new people practices and sustainable organisational transformation. Key Responsibilities: • Design and execute change management strategies and plans. • Lead leadership alignment and assimilation during change initiatives. • Design and implement Talent Management frameworks and processes. • Deliver training and upskilling sessions for leaders and employees. • Advise HR and business leaders on Talent Management best practices. • Facilitate workshops, communication, and stakeholder engagement. • Identify adoption risks and recommend mitigation actions. Duration- 3 months (extendable) Capacity- Part-time (12 hours per month)
