Role Overview The role involves supporting our business group in raising capital, structuring transactions, and building financial strategy frameworks for multiple ventures. You will work closely with founders, the corporate office, and external investors to guide growth-stage and multi-business funding. We Need Experience In: Fundraising (Equity & Structured Debt) • Experience raising capital for startups or established businesses • Understanding of structured debt, growth financing, and alternative instruments Investor & Family Office Connects • Strong relationships with investors, VCs, family offices, UHNIs • Ability to introduce and manage investor conversations Startup & Multi-Business Capital Structuring • Expertise in financial modeling, capital design, and transaction structuring • Experience supporting multiple businesses or group companies Financial Strategy & Transaction Support • Assisting with transaction documentation, due diligence, and negotiations • Providing strategic advice to founders on capital and growth planning Retired Bankers / Ex-Investment Bankers Welcome • Ideal for senior professionals with deep capital markets experience • Suitable for independent advisors who have worked across industries Location Chennai – Spartek Group Corporate Office Engagement Assignment-Based Consulting Flexible Part-Time Engagement Perfect for senior consultants who prefer flexibility and selective involvement.
