Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Independent Relationship Manager based in Noida. The primary responsibilities of the role include managing client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets for home and secured business loans. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, providing expert advice, and guiding clients through the loan application journey. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely approval of loans and deliver exceptional customer service, contributing to the company's mission of advancing accessible housing solutions. Qualifications • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships • Experience in financial products, sector-specific advisory, or loan management • Sales and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions • Proficiency in basic digital tools and an understanding of digital financial services • Knowledge of home loan products, processes, and regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred
