Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Independent Sales Consultant based in Kerala, India. The Independent Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored consulting solutions. The role involves creating strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, delivering effective communication, and working collaboratively with clients to drive success. Consultants will also focus on developing sales opportunities and ensuring excellent service delivery to meet organizational goals. Qualifications • Experience in Sales Consulting and the ability to identify and create new business opportunities. • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships. • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven skills in Customer Service and the ability to resolve client queries effectively. • Experience in Consulting and providing value-driven solutions to clients. • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with technology solutions and an understanding of sales processes is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
