Responsibilities As a member of Index Product Client Success team, you will become a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with different internal teams such as Product Management, Sales, Research allowing you to deliver a high client satisfaction and at the same time to provide impactful solutions, drive account growth, and maintain long-term partnerships. As part of the Index Product Client Success team, the successful candidate will support the following activities: • Understand client needs and ensure consistent, high-quality support • Develop and execute strategies to drive account growth and retention • Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Operations, etc.) on strategic initiatives • Ensure alignment across departments to support client success • Contributing presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Provide day-to-day support across client accounts and projects • Proactively resolve operational issues with speed and accuracy • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the financial industry • Masters degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics is highly desirable. • Knowledge of the index business • Advanced Excel skills and analytical capabilities • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team What You Can Expect From Us At ISS STOXX, our people are our driving force.
