Role Overview: - Build high-quality and performant solutions and features using web technologies. - Drive solutioning and architecture discussions, guide and mentor the team. - Collaborate with product management for technical feasibility and user experience. - Stay updated on emerging industry technologies and trends, influencing product direction. - Make data-driven decisions at a rapid pace. - Foster a culture of collaboration, shared accomplishments, and fun within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Strong technical background with experience in Java/Javascript and Web Application development. - Interest and ability to learn new technologies. - Results-oriented team player with global experience. - 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 1 year as Tech Lead/Architect. - Proficiency in Web Component, TypeScript, MVC framework, HTML, DOM, CSS, REST, AJAX, responsive design, and testing. - Experience with AWS services and similar technology stack. - Define and integrate APIs into web applications. - Knowledge of design principles, algorithms, data structures, documentation, and unit testing. - Proactive and independent work approach with minimal supervision. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Web technologies. - Knowledge of Web Component, TypeScript, MVC, HTML, CSS, REST, AJAX. - Experience with AWS services like Autoscaling, ELB, ElastiCache, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3, Serverless Architecture. - Ability to define and integrate APIs using XML, JSON, SOAP/REST. - Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
