You will be joining Garden of Eden Property Developers as a full-time Indoor Sales Consultant, Tele Caller, or Business Development professional in Hyderabad. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and following up with prospects to meet sales targets. You will showcase property options, address client queries, present investment benefits, and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships - Generate leads and follow up with prospects to achieve sales targets - Showcase property options and present investment benefits - Contribute to business growth through strategic planning and execution Qualifications: - Proficiency in sales, relationship building, and customer engagement - Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills - Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and achieve sales targets - Strategic thinking and business development expertise - Team collaboration, attention to detail, and a goal-oriented mindset - Fluent in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory) - Prior experience in real estate or a sales-related role is an advantage - Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
