Job Description: Operational Oversight: • Monitor and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. (Utilities & Logistics infra) • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly. Stakeholder Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and community leaders and internal stakeholders • Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs are met. Reporting and Documentation: • Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities, event outcomes, and government affairs and track the progress of various social and industrial infra • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects and initiatives. Program Management: • Plan, coordinate, and execute utilities infra projects at site. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes. Government Affairs Support: • Act as a liaison between the organization and government bodies. • Support government-related projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations. • Facilitate communication and collaboration with government officials and agencies. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/electrical/chemical engineering with PMP Certification. Desired Experience Level: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects engineering/management, operations management. • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
