About The Role: The Infrastructure Project Manager – Lead will oversee and deliver large-scale infrastructure initiatives across data centers, networks, compute, storage, and cloud. The leader will establish and enforce project management standards, mentor other project managers, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory, security, and uptime requirements within company's Institutional Equities business. What you will do? • Project & Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, define scope, deliverables, and success criteria, and manage interdependencies across initiatives. • Infrastructure Delivery: Oversee projects related to data center migrations, network implementations, cloud migration, and workplace transformation. • Team Leadership & Governance: Mentor project managers, enforce best practices, chair steering committee meetings, and provide executive reporting. • Financial & Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and vendor contracts. • Risk, Compliance & Quality: Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining regulatory, security, and organizational standards. • Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes and resolve conflicts among senior stakeholders. What it takes? • 12–18+ years of experience in managing infrastructure projects. • Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs. • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains (network, compute, storage, cloud). • Expertise in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Smartsheet). • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. • Strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive communication skills. It leads and delivers mission-critical infrastructure projects for financial services and institutional clients, where performance, resiliency, security, and high availability are paramount. • Required Experience level: 12–18+ years • Required Key Skills: IT Infrastructure Management (LAN/WAN, Compute, Storage, Cloud, Data Center), Enterprise Environment Expertise, MS Project, Jira, Clarity, Smartsheet, Risk & Dependency Management, Budgeting & Resource Forecasting. • Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certification preferred. • CTC being offered: 40 LPA • Notice Period: Upto 30–60 Days • Recruitment process: 3-4 Rounds (Initial Screen + Technical/Infrastructure Discussion + Leadership Sync + HM Round) • Points to remember while sourcing and screening: Look for candidates specifically from large brokerage firms, investment banks, or institutional equities and financial environments.
