Position: Inside Sales Associate Location: Noida Role Type: Full Time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔹 Market Research • Design and implement primary & secondary research projects • Identify business opportunities and potential customers • Cold call customers for feedback & demo appointment booking 🔹 Marketing Analytics • Create visual reports & presentations for stakeholders • Support proposal and presentation development • Assist with sales & marketing administrative tasks 🔹 Marketing & Promotions • Support promotional campaigns and activities • Manage & monitor company social media accounts • Design brochures (French & English) and create digital content 🔹 Sales & Market Development • Conduct product demos, presentations, and webinars • Build and qualify lead pipelines through calls & inquiries • Track customer satisfaction and support sales events • Handle customer quote requests & queries Desired Candidate Profile / Qualifications: • Bachelor's/ master's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, inside sales, or business development roles • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, product demos, and business development activities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English) • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); exposure to CRM tools is an advantage • Creative mindset with ability to design basic promotional content • Good analytical and research skills with attention to detail • Comfortable with cold calling and interacting with customers • Ability to work independently and in a team environment WHAT WE OFFER: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Flexible working hours. • A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development. • The chance to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact on healthcare.
