Work from Home. Pay will be 2.8LPA Base + 20K Annual Bonus This is a Social Media, Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative/Associate job with BPO experience. There is no sales target. Note - this job does require working late night India time until 4AM to overlap with USA working times. This is a full-time role. If you plan to do 2 or more jobs at the same time or want to do this part-time, that won't work for us. We are looking for an Inside Sales Associate. The candidate will regularly communicate with customers on video, phone and email so having very strong english language competency is a mandatory requirement. Strong english speaking and writing abilities to communicate with US and global customers • 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing • Call center experience is a plus • Work with suppliers on getting pricing, checking inventory and creating orders • Enter pricing info into e-commerce systems • Develop understanding of computers specifically server hardware • Experience with Quickbooks Online Accounting Software is a plus • Expertise with Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable functions • Management of suppliers, invoicing, account setups, product sales tracking and reporting • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience in office administration is a plus • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
