Inside Sales / Business Development Executive
About the job
Role Description This is a desk-based inside sales role with very limited client meetings. As an Inside Sales / Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for managing sales conversations from first contact to closure using calls, WhatsApp, and email. Key responsibilities include: • Making outbound and inbound sales calls • Qualifying leads and understanding customer needs • Explaining products, pricing, and solutions clearly • Following up consistently until closure • Closing deals remotely • Updating basic CRM / Excel trackers • Coordinating with internal teams after order confirmation Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and monthly targets • Good communication in English • Basic computer skills (Excel / CRM tools) • Based in or willing to work from Jaipur office
