This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales - Business Development Executive (BDE) at our Bengaluru office. The professional will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting outreach, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining key accounts to drive revenue growth for the company. Qualifications • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to identify and convert opportunities • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders • Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while working collaboratively as part of a team • Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills
