We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused inside sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and/or handling inbound calls to generate inquiries, follow up with customers, and provide information about our products and services. Key Responsibilities - • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally • Explain company products/services clearly and effectively • Generate inquiries for the sales team • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending leads • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling Required Skills & Qualifications • Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline • Excellent communication skills in English • Good listening and interpersonal skills • Good in Excel, MS Office • Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers • Target-oriented and self-motivated • Prior experience as a recurring sales
