Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert abandoned carts into confirmed orders. The role involves engaging with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email, understanding their purchase concerns, presenting suitable solutions or offers, and driving successful conversions. This position plays a critical role in maximizing revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience for our e-commerce business. Key Responsibilities • Proactively connect with customers who have abandoned their carts through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email communication. • Identify reasons for cart abandonment and effectively address customer objections or concerns. • Educate customers about product benefits, ongoing offers, and payment options to encourage purchase completion. • Drive sales conversions by applying consultative selling techniques and closing skills. • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM system. • Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets. • Coordinate with internal teams such as customer support, logistics, and marketing to ensure seamless order completion. • Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards.
