Key Responsibilities: • Perform high-volume cold calling and outreach to US-based prospects. • Generate qualified leads through targeted prospecting and engagement activities. • Use multiple platforms/tools for lead generation, contact database management, market intelligence, and prospect identification. • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for the US market. • Present and explain IT services offerings to potential clients. • Work closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment in targeting and opportunity qualification. Required Experience & Skills: • 5–7 years of Inside Sales experience with a strong focus on outbound outreach. • Proven experience in cold calling into the US markets and working till 1:00 AM IST. • Strong background in selling IT services.
