Job Title: Inside Sales Executive / Telesales Executive (Overseas Market) Experience: 1 – 7 Years Location: Bangalore Shift: Day 10 to 8pm CTC: 4-5LPA Plus Variable Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1–4 years of experience in telesales/inside sales for overseas markets. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with international clients, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to international prospects (Middle East / APAC markets) • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM • Build strong relationships with overseas clients • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery • Ensure timely follow-ups and excellent customer experience Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–7 years of experience in inside sales / telesales / international sales • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
