Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Inside Sales-Online Degree Education Counselling position. The role involves engaging with prospective students, conducting educational counselling sessions, generating leads, and driving enrollment for online degree programs. The candidate will work towards understanding customer requirements, addressing queries, and providing effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Responsibilities will also include maintaining a database of leads and prospects and contributing to process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Qualifications • Proven skills in Inside Sales, education sales experience is a must including lead conversion and achieving enrollment targets • Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing prospects effectively • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address customer needs • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction through a customer-first approach • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong organizational abilities • Proficiency in using CRM software and related digital tools is an advantage • Experience in the education sector or similar industries is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Education, or a related field is preferred
