Location: Ghatkopar west. Time- 10pm - 7am Key Responsibilities: • Engage with leads from our database through various communication channels including phone calls, emails. • Timely updating CRM. • Effectively handling leads. • Keeping up with product and service information and updates. • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and customer-centric approach. Qualifications: • The candidate should be proficient in English. • Experience - 0 to 2 years. • Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Ability to work in the night shift. • Manage customer relationships, and drive business growth. • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
