About the job

Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who will work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth. The role involves identifying potential customers, qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns, and managing the complete sales cycle from first contact to deal closure. Key Responsibilities: • Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities • Contact potential customers through phone calls, chats, and emails • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services • Customize solutions to enhance customer satisfaction • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers • Proactively identify new business opportunities • Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives • Maintain and prepare reports for sales performance and pipeline tracking • Stay updated on product features, pricing plans, and service offerings. Requirements: • 6 months – 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development / Sales Account Executive roles • Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound sales techniques • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Experience using CRM tools and MS Excel • Understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Fluency in English, Kannada, and Telugu is mandatory Additional Information: • This is a Work From Office role • Office location: HSR Layout Sector 3, Bangalore • Candidates should be comfortable working weekends with rotational week-offs.
