Role Description This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role located on-site in Navi Mumbai. The key responsibilities include managing the sales process for HRMS/SAAS solutions and loyalty programs. You will identify and develop leads, conduct cold calls, nurture prospects, and maintain relationships with clients. The role also involves collaboration with teams to ensure sales targets are met and providing excellent customer service during the sales cycle. Qualifications • Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management. • Strong background in understanding HRMS/SAAS solutions and Loyalty Programs. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach. • Experience with CRM tools and sales platforms is preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus. • Experience in HR or technology-based solutions is advantageous.
