The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for acquiring and managing leads, engaging with prospective clients, and driving sales efforts. Daily tasks include managing communication with potential and existing customers, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves developing meaningful client relationships and actively contributing to business growth. Qualifications • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive revenue growth • Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment • Understanding of sales and customer relationship management principles • Prior experience in educational or healthcare-related sales is a plus • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in related fields.
