Position: Inside Sales Team Lead Location: Vadodara Experience Required: 3–4 years 🔹 About the Role We are hiring a Inside Sales Lead who can manage telecalling operations, lead the calling team, and drive sales conversions for a leading healthcare & aesthetic services organization. The candidate should be strong in counselling, lead management, and team supervision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ... 📞 Telecalling & Sales • Handle inbound & outbound calls for enquiries regarding clinic services. • Convert leads into confirmed appointments through effective counselling. • Maintain high conversion ratios and achieve monthly sales targets. • Manage lead follow-ups and ensure proper communication flow. 👥 Team Leadership • Lead and supervise a team of telecallers (5–10 members). • Train team on calling scripts, objection handling & service knowledge. • Monitor call quality, productivity, and team performance metrics. 📊 Operations & Coordination • Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track conversions. • Coordinate with operations team for appointment scheduling and service flow. • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards. • Ensure smooth communication between marketing, clinic staff & telecalling team.
