We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors, own conversion targets, and ensure every patient interaction is handled with quality and care. What You'll Do: • Lead, mentor & manage a team of 4-5 medical counselors. • Set and track daily, weekly & monthly targets • Monitor KPIs — call volume, lead conversion, consultation bookings, no-show rates• Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions and training• Handle escalations and complex patient queries personally• Coordinate with hospital partners for smooth patient handoffs• Share lead quality insights with the marketing team What We're Looking For: • 3-4 years in inside sales with minimum 1 year in a leadership role• Prior experience in healthcare, health-tech, hospitals or diagnostics preferred• Excellent communication in Hindi & English• Hands-on CRM experience• Strong analytical ability — comfortable reading reports and acting on data• Empathetic, patient-first approach with a target-driven mindset• Graduate in any discipline (MBA a plus) Why Eye Zenith: • High-growth pan-India healthcare brand• Direct impact on patients' lives through quality counseling• Clear career progression to Senior TL / Sales Manager• Collaborative, performance-driven culture.
