Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales/Business Development Executive, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals. The candidate will engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure sustained customer satisfaction. Regular responsibilities include fostering client relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the internal team to align strategies with client objectives. Qualifications • Experience in Inside Sales and expertise in Lead Generation • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships • Proficient in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of achieving sales targets • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is an added advantage
