We are currently looking for “Inside Sales/Business Development – Executive/Manager” for our Noida location. Responsibilities & Duties: • Lead Generation, negotiation and collaboration with all stakeholders. • Selling solutions to SMEs and Corporates. • Demonstration/ Presentation to potential Customers. • Handling of partners and customers • Win and manage clients and at all levels from all industries • Utilizing existing networks and relationships to build new business • Understand competitors and introduce sales strategy to penetrate these potential clients. • Demonstrable aptitude and track record in working in a collaborative / team environment. Skills & Qualifications: • MBA-Marketing • Experience: 0-12 years • Ability to build new business. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to present solution to customers • Experience in selling HRMS Solutions.
