About the job

The Institutional Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and incubators and converting them into institutional partnerships. The role focuses on introducing All About Startups’ offerings, identifying institutional needs, and closing collaborations. Key Responsibilities 1. Institutional Outreach • Identify and connect with schools, colleges, universities, and incubators • Build relationships with Directors, Deans, Principals, and incubation heads • Schedule meetings and presentations for partnerships 2. Partnership Development Present offerings such as: • Entrepreneurship credit courses • Fab Labs / Innovation Labs • Startup ecosystem building support • Student internship opportunities 3. Sales & Deal Closure • Convert institutional discussions into formal partnerships • Work with the internal team to structure proposals • Close deals and ensure onboarding 4. Pipeline Management • Maintain a pipeline of potential institutions • Track meetings, proposals, and closures • Follow up regularly with decision makers Ideal Candidate Profile • 1–3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development • Comfortable speaking with senior academic leadership • Strong communication and presentation skills • Interest in startups, innovation, and education • Willing to travel for institutional meetings Bonus if candidate has experience in: • EdTech • Training companies • University partnerships • Startup ecosystem Performance Expectations Monthly targets could be: • 40–50 institutional outreach calls • 15–20 meetings scheduled • 5–8 proposals shared • 2–3 partnerships closed per month Growth Path This role can evolve into: • Head – Institutional Partnerships • Regional Lead – University Ecosystem • Ecosystem Development Lead
