Roles & Responsibilities • Integration & Client Partnership: Act as the single, integrated point of contact for day-to-day client communication and requirements. Translate client briefs into clear, actionable internal briefs aligned across all functions. Ensure seamless information flow between clients and cross-functional agency teams. • Cross-Functional Project Management: Integrate efforts across creative, strategy, media, digital, and production teams for smooth end-to-end execution. Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects. Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and in line with client expectations and brand standards. Maintain clear internal trackers / networks, status reports, meeting notes, and action plans. Support integrated campaign launches and high-impact deliverables. • Quality, Feedback & Delivery Excellence: Review all outputs before client submission to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment. Own the feedback loop—consolidate client inputs into clear, actionable direction for internal teams. Ensure revisions are efficiently managed without scope creep or quality compromise. Support senior leadership during presentations, reviews, and key client discussions. • Commercial & Process Alignment: Assist in preparing estimates, costings, and basic commercial documentation. Monitor scope adherence and proactively flag changes, risks, or overages.
