Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rohtak for an Interbank Relationship Associate at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with other banks, ensuring effective customer service, engaging in effective communication, and contributing to successful financial operations. Day-to-day tasks include fostering partnerships, managing interbank services, and addressing client needs to promote business growth and collaboration. Qualifications • Strong Business Relationship Management and Relationship Building skills • Proficiency in Finance and related financial operations • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills • Ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and achieve organizational goals • Knowledge of financial regulations and banking operations will be advantageous • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Experience in TASC, Govt. & institutional banking or financial services is preferred
