Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to lead and deliver interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, consultants, vendors, site and planning teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution · Manage ...  interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. · Follow the project schedules, work programs, and execution plans. · Coordinate drawings, approvals, and material submittals. · Ensure compliance with design specifications and contract requirements. Site & Team Management · Supervise site activities and coordinate contractors and subcontractors. · Monitor daily progress and resolve site issues. · Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. · Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports. Client Coordination · Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants. · Attend coordination and progress meetings. · Manage client expectations and handle variations or change orders. Quality & Handover · Ensure workmanship meets company and client standards. · Conduct inspections and snag-list clearance. · Coordinate testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation. Requirements & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. · 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management. · Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes. · Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs. · Proficiency in preparing the Project JMS. · Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. · Proficiency in MS Office and project management. Preferred Skills · Experience in commercial, fit-outs. · Problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Employment Type · Full-time
