Intern AI Engineer & IT Support

About the job

We’re looking for a Junior IT Support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of IT systems and support services across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical support, strong customer service, and adherence to IT security and compliance standards while working onsite from the Surat office. Core Responsibilities • Manage IT support tickets and incidents to ensure timely resolution within SLAs • Identify recurring issues and perform root cause analysis • Implement long-term solutions to minimize future disruptions • Provide high-quality IT support to all end-users • Handle escalated issues professionally to maintain user satisfaction • Communicate clearly with users regarding issue status, updates, and resolutions • Ensure IT support practices follow internal policies and regulatory standards • Implement and enforce security protocols to protect systems and data • Handle IT access requests • Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain and track NAR-related IT activities Ideal Candidate • Basic to intermediate IT support and troubleshooting skills • Customer-focused mindset with clear communication • Ability to handle incidents, priorities, and follow-ups independently • Willingness to learn and improve IT processes Technical Skills • IT support and incident management fundamentals • Problem identification and root cause analysis • Basic understanding of IT security and compliance practices Qualifications • B.Tech in IT or Diploma in IT Availability & Working Hours • Full-time (Monday to Friday) • 40 hours/week • Available for priority communication between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST • Daily meeting at 12:30 PM IST • On-demand meetings as required (IST time zone) • Weekly session every Tuesday at 1:00 PM IST
