Job Title : Internal IT & HR Operations SME – Energy / Utilities (AI Prompt Validation) Industry : Energy / Utilities (Oil & Gas, Electric Utilities, Renewables) Share your Resume- nancy.singh@truelancer.com Overview : We are seeking a senior internal IT or HR operations professional from the Energy / Utilities sector to review and validate an AI training prompt designed for enterprise internal support agents. The goal is to ensure the prompt accurately reflects real-world IT helpdesk and HR service delivery workflows within large energy organizations. Key Responsibilities : • Review an AI prompt covering internal IT and HR support operations • Validate realism and internal consistency of workflows • Assess accuracy of : • Ticket routing and prioritization • SLA-driven processes and escalations • Employee onboarding / offboarding • IT asset management and HR case handling • Provide clear, actionable feedback based on real enterprise practices Ideal Profile : • Senior experience in internal IT helpdesk or HR operations within Energy / Utilities companies • Employee Experience Manager (IT / HR Service Delivery) • Nice to have : Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms
