Partner with business, engineering, and platform teams to translate complex problems into clear requirements, leading the way to success! What you'll Do • Partner with cross-functional collaborators across DEX, Engineering, IT, Operations, and Business teams to drive alignment and consensus • Lead deep discovery and requirements definition for complex integration use cases, influencing product strategy, roadmap priorities, and long-term architecture • Define and evolve the DEX Integrations strategy using analytics, operational data, and customer insights • Collaborate with global teams to establish common integration patterns, standards, and reusable capabilities • Act as Product Owner for one or more scrum teams, setting clear goals, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring predictable delivery • Partner closely with Engineering and IT teams to compose, build, and roll out integration capabilities • Lead the observability approach for the integrations ecosystem, encompassing monitoring, alerting, logging, incident response and operational dashboards • Define and track key performance metrics to measure integration health, reliability, efficiency, and business impact • Identify new opportunities for platform and product improvement by analyzing system gaps and operational difficulties • Evaluate and recommend vendor and platform solutions to meet current and future integration and observability requirements • Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly to senior leadership and executive collaborators.
