Role Overview SuperKreatives is looking for a confident and result-driven International Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the U.S and Canada market, introducing our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US and Canada market. • Introduce and explain SuperKreatives’ digital marketing services such as social media marketing, SEO, branding, and design services. • Identify potential prospects and generate qualified leads for the sales team. • Schedule meetings or demos between prospects and senior sales representatives. • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status in CRM or tracking sheets. • Follow up with potential clients via calls or emails when required. • Achieve daily and weekly call targets and lead generation goals. • Build and maintain a professional relationship with potential international clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Excellent English communication and speaking skills. • Confidence in handling international client conversations. • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is preferred. • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated during cold calling. • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, spreadsheets, or lead tracking systems. • Prior experience in international calling, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
